We will assist you with Designing your new Custom Home, Remodel, or Addition. We can offer rendering service assistance to show you exactly what your new home will look like before you build it.
WE HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE DESIGN & PREPERATION OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
1. We prepare complete CAD Drawings, including the structural engineering and Title 24. All Plans are guaranteed through Permit, which means that any corrections that might be needed are included & performed in a timely manner.
2. We will coordinate all meetings necessary, if needed go to the local fire department & school to pay fees. We act as your agent & take care of walking your construction plans through the building permit process.
3. We can typically complete a set of Construction Plans within 2-3 weeks for initial review. After you review the plans & make any modifications, we will make all changes & then complete the Plans including the Title 24 report if necessary. The entire process takes roughly 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the job!
